Nina founded Ameri Law PC in 2019 after more than a decade in entertainment and IP transactional practice. A UCLA graduate and Pepperdine Law alum — where she served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society — she's built her career representing producers, writers, directors, recording artists, and influencers across film, TV, and digital media. Her practice centers on contracts, IP protection, and business transactions for the people building careers in the creative and athletic economies.

Poorang Mohajer

Managing Partner

Poorang leads the firm's NIL and sports practice and brings a distinctive blend of legal expertise, executive leadership, and lifelong athlete advocacy. A UCLA graduate with a Juris Doctor and Certificate in Business Law, he spent over two decades in senior leadership roles advising Fortune 500 companies on contracts, negotiations, and strategic initiatives. He's also a longtime youth football coach — Pop Warner and flag — giving him a firsthand view of the pressures families face well before the college or pro stage. That perspective is the spine of how we approach NIL: education first, fair structures, and long-term planning over the next paycheck.

Kaitlyn Bradshaw

Associate Attorney

Kaitlyn focuses on entertainment transactions, intellectual property, and production legal work — and brings that same lens to the firm's NIL deals. A Southern California native, she earned a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from UC Riverside before attending Chapman University's Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she served on the executive boards of the Chapman Women Lawyers' Association and the Intellectual Property Law Society. She joined Ameri Law as a clerk in 2022 and became an Associate Attorney after passing the California bar in 2023.

Charlotte runs operations, infrastructure, and strategic growth for the firm. She works alongside firm leadership to align intake, case management, billing, technology, and team accountability — the behind-the-scenes scaffolding that lets the attorneys focus fully on practicing law. For clients, that means cleaner communication, faster turnarounds, and a firm that runs like a business should.

She brings dedication and energy to every matter — driven by the belief that strong legal advocacy plays a critical role in supporting creative and athletic careers.
